1. Introduction and Who We Are
Atkinbull LLC, a company formed under the laws of the United States, operates this website to present its work in computer integrated systems, enterprise systems integration, custom software architecture, cloud infrastructure design and related engineering services. The development business that created and maintains the site is known by the developer name Atkinbull. Throughout this policy the builder of the service is called the developer and the operating firm is called the Company. This page explains what information the site gathers, why it gathers the information and how that information is treated once it reaches our hands.
The Company treats every visitor with the same care we would give a hand at the gate. We do not trade secrets, we do not sell visitor lists and we do not run hidden collection. The plain words of this policy are the honest rulebook for the whole site, for every page, and for each of the services listed on our service page.
You can reach the scale house by writing to the street address at the top of this page, by email to alert@atkinbull.autos, or by telephone at +17799941937. If you have a question that this text does not answer, ask it and we will give you a straight reply.
2. The Scope of This Policy
This policy covers this website alone and the information that flows through its pages, contact form and mail links. It does not cover other websites, other services or third party pages that may be linked from our own content. When you leave this site by following an external link you move beyond the fence of this policy, and a different rulebook then applies to your visit.
The policy applies to everyone, whether you come to read the service descriptions, to study our working notes, to send a ticket through the form, or to ask a technical question by telephone. No matter how you land in the yard, the same promises below hold for your data.
The Company keeps business records for its own delivery work, including project notes, agreements and billing papers. Those records live on separate systems that we manage for our own clients. When this policy speaks of website information it means the material handled by this public site, not the deeper project files we keep for paying operators. That deeper material is governed by the individual agreements each client signs.
3. Information We Collect
The Company collects only what is needed to answer a visitor or to run the site well. We gather two broad families of data. The first is information you choose to hand us, normally through the weigh ticket form on the contact page or through an email you send to our alert address. The second is technical information recorded by the servers and by ordinary browser behaviour when a page loads.
The personal details you offer on purpose include your name, your email address, a subject line you type and the words of your message. We take these fields as you write them. We do not add fields we have no use for, and we collect no bank numbers, no payment cards and no government identifiers through this public site.
If you call the scale house by telephone we note the number you call from and the date of the call so our records stay true when a project question later needs a straight answer.
4. Information You Give Through Our Forms
Our contact page holds a weigh ticket form built for clear work. The form asks for your name so we know who is speaking, your email so we can answer in writing, a subject so your note is sorted to the right pen, and a message so you can say what you need. When you stamp the ticket, the form opens your own mail program through a mailto call, so your note travels from your own mailbox straight to alert@atkinbull.autos.
Because the ticket uses your own mail program, the note you send does not first sit in a web form database on our servers. What arrives in our inbox is your own email, carrying the same privacy shape as any ordinary letter. We reply from the same address and keep the exchange among our company records.
We ask that you keep secrets out of the message box. Do not put passwords, access codes, trade descriptions of a proprietary build, or confidential figures into an email or a ticket. Email is not a sealed vault, and anything written on the wire could be read in transit. For protected material we will set up a safer channel once a working relationship begins.
5. Automatically Collected Information
Like most working sites, this one records a small set of technical facts whenever a browser loads a page. We capture the Internet address of the device, the kind of browser and its version, the operating system family, the general region suggested by the address, the page you came from, the date and time of the visit, and the set of pages you open while here.
This technical noise is gathered to keep the corral standing. It tells us when the page buckles under traffic, which browsers need attention and which sections of the yard draw the most boots. We use it to repair faults, to measure how many visitors come and to keep the site safe against abusive traffic.
None of this automated material is sold onward and none of it is handed to strangers. It stays inside the Company or with the hosting and measurement firms that run the equipment beneath the site, and those firms hold it only to keep the service healthy on our behalf.
7. How We Use the Information
The Company uses the gathered information for a set of ordinary and honest aims. We answer the notes you send, we provide the services you write to ask about, we keep the site reliable and safe, we study how the yard is used so it serves visitors better, and we meet the legal obligations that bind a business operating in the United States.
Where we have your details from a genuine enquiry we may write back to say that your message was received and to offer a follow up that fits the question you asked. If you later start a project, the contact details you gave naturally become part of that project record and will be used to run the engagement itself.
We do not use your information for decisions made only by machinery, and we do not build a personal score of you. If we ever wished to send promotional mailing we would only do so under your clear and separate consent, and you would keep an easy way to stop it at any time.
8. The Lawful Grounds for Processing
Because this site serves visitors from many places, the Company keeps its processing on grounds that hold under United States practice and, where relevant to a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, under the General Data Protection Regulation as well.
Our clearest grounds are consent, where you freely choose to send us a note; performance of a contract, where the details are needed to run an engagement you have started; legitimate interest, where we hold technical logs solely to keep the site standing and answer enquiries; and legal obligation, where a law or a court requires us to act on certain records.
When we rely on a legitimate interest we weigh that interest against your own rights so the balance stays fair. We use the lightest handling that still lets us answer the mail and guard the gate. When we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time by writing to the scale house, and we will stop the processing in question where no other lawful ground still applies.
10. Service Providers and Subcontractors
Like any operating yard we lean on a few trusted hands. Our hosting provider runs the machines on which these pages stand, and our analytics supplier may help us count visits and spot faults. Each of these suppliers is bound by agreement to touch the data only to carry out the service they were hired for, to protect it with reasonable safeguards and to keep it confidential.
When the Company builds systems for its clients it may call on subcontractors of its own, but those subcontractors work under project agreements with the client and do not see the public site records. They are vetted before a build starts and they hold the same professional duty that the Company carries toward the yard it serves.
We do not keep a swap market of subcontractors who drift from project to project with our clients data. Any firm we bring inside a build is named and bounded in the agreement for that build, and the client keeps the last word.
11. How Long We Keep the Information
The Company keeps personal details only as long as a reason to keep them stands. A simple enquiry is stored for as long as it takes to answer the note and to close the follow up, ordinarily a few months. When the reason fades we clear the records or strip them of anything that names a real person.
Technical server logs are rotated on a rolling basis so no single log lives much past a season. The aim is to keep enough history to mend faults and study load without hoarding files that do no work.
Where a law or a project contract sets a longer period, such as tax or billing papers that must sit for a set number of years, we keep those records for the required window and then retire them in a tidy way. In every case the retention clock starts only when the purpose of the record is genuinely spent.
12. Security of Your Information
The Company shields your details behind ordinary working safeguards. Traffic between your browser and the site travels over an encrypted connection, our mail is checked through normal spam and virus filters, and the machines that hold our records are locked with passwords and access limits so only the hands that need them can reach them.
No fence is proof against every storm, and the Company cannot promise a perfect guard against every possible breach. What we can promise is honest, energetic care: we use reasonable industry practice, we watch for odd traffic, and if a confirmed breach ever touched personal records of a kind that carries risk, we would tell the people affected and, where the law commands, tell the authorities as well.
You share a part of the guard duty, because the safest ticket is the one never written. Keep your own device locked, use a strong separate password wherever one is asked, and steer clear of sending truly sensitive material through plain mail.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live you hold a set of recognised rights over your own personal information. In the United States state privacy laws, and for European visitors the General Data Protection Regulation, give you the right to ask what we hold, to ask for a copy, to ask that mistakes be corrected, to ask that your data be erased in fitting cases, to ask that processing be limited or objected to, and to ask for your data in a portable form.
The Company answers every such request without charge and within the time the law allows, ordinarily about a month. Before we release personal details we may ask you to prove who you are so the records do not go to a stranger posing as you. A reasonable proof is an email from the very address in our records, answers to a couple of questions only we would know, or a small identification check where the case is delicate.
A request to act on your data goes to the scale house by the address or mailbox above. We will reply plainly, and if we cannot grant a part of the request the law excuses us from, we will explain why and point you to the oversight body that can hear your side next. You are never punished for asking; no service we offer is held back because you chose to exercise your rights.
14. Privacy for Children
This site is a working yard for grown operators in business and industry. It is not built for children and the Company does not aim its services at minors under the age stated by applicable law. We do not knowingly ask children for personal details, and the natural users of the scale house are firms and their adult staff.
If a child under the age of consent sends us a ticket or an email by mistake, a parent or guardian should tell us at once and we will delete the note from our working records without blame. Because we keep no dedicated child profile, the clearing is normally a quick job.
Parents who watch a younger member of the household at the keyboard can be certain that nothing on this site is angled toward young eyes or built to draw their personal details. If you still find a page that seems out of step with that promise, name it for us and we will correct the fence.
15. Links to External Sites
From time to time our pages may carry a link to a site that someone else runs, such as a standards body, a partner, or a public source of technical reference. Those links are offered for convenience and are not under the Company fence. We do not answer for what an outside page collects or how it treats a visitor, and this policy stops at our own border.
We suggest you read the privacy policy of any outside site before handing it your details, especially where that site asks for an email or asks you to sign in. A link on our page is a nod of the head, not a seal of approval for every habit of the far yard.
If an external link ever breaks or leads somewhere plainly out of step with honest practice, tell the scale house and we will cut the offending line from the fence at the next tidy pass. Words and habits beyond our fence are the business of the far yard, not of ours.
16. Changes to This Policy
The Company may revise this policy from time to time as the yard grows, as the law moves, or as our own practice is refined. When a change is a real one rather than a tidying of words, we will place an updated version on this page and move the date at the top of the file to the day of the change.
We do not shout every small edit across the site. The standing request is to look again at this page when it suits you, so you stay current with whatever the current rulebook says about your information.
For material changes that would touch how your existing records are handled, we will do more than post a note: we will give clear warning through the address we already hold for you where that address is in our books. Continuing to use the site after the change tells us you accept the new words.
17. Contacting the Company
All privacy questions, all requests to act on your data and all notices about this policy should go to the same scale house that runs the rest of the yard. Write to Atkinbull LLC at 6839 S Beargrass Rd, West Jordan - 84081-4818, United States (US), or send an email to alert@atkinbull.autos, or call +17799941937 during the hours shown on our contact page.
If you live in a place where a supervisory authority hears privacy complaints, you may also turn to that authority if you feel our answer falls short. The Company prefers to settle any question around a door rather than at a courthouse, and we will give every request a full and fair hearing before anyone else is drawn in.
Thank you for reading our rulebook all the way to its end. That care is the same care we bring to your systems when you walk a load up to our gate.
